Now Have PVR Settings after Paying an Installer R300

After the problem I had with my DSTV I had to Pay someone to fix it R300 and I am still expected to pay R720.

When it's fixed there's an Error when I'm trying to Catch Up, which says "This Decoder is a PVR, if you Upgrade your subscription you will be able to enjoy all the PVR Features. Please phone your nearest Multichoice Call Centre"
