I have arranged with them for a debit card order and now it's the 13th they have not debited the money and no message sent or any notifications but they closed the Chanel whose fault is it now cos now I have to pay the reconnection fee where as there are funds in my account waiting for them to debit I am so disappointed with them, about the service they gave me
