Nothing has changed since my last complaint

So a few months ago I lodged a complaint about DSTV and it's service as it doesn't air the carabao cup (league cup) where teams such as Man United and Man City are involved in. I then got feedback saying the problem will be solved and still to this day nothing has changed and I still am unable to watch these games. Its not like its a small tournament because Man United and Man City are huge clubs that are involved in the tournament. Shocking service again!! What should I do?
