Nothing but ******

The Rewards program and pricelock are both ****, but what else can you expect from a **** company? November I was rewarded with a free upgrade to premium in in January, come February, pricelock was gone and I had to pay extra, I thought it was something king of error that would be rectified… but guess what, the amount for March is even higher than the amount for February. Two years has not yet lapsed, but they’ve terminated my contract without my knowledge.
