Not worth subscribing to DSTV honestly.

I have been talking to DSTV agents since 16:00 trying to reconnect my package. I used whatsapp, live chat, call which was cut 3 times. I'm still not connected, i have even sent proof of payment and they still say its not reflecting. Now they telling me i have been charged for 2 packages which I'm in arrears for. I cancelled compact to downgrade 12 months ago but apparently i was still charged for Compact and its decoder. i am so annoyed by DSTV. Also these recorded voices are time wasters on the phone. I believe it would help if agents were to record noted on the clients profile when they call because i cant be repeating myself to 6 people in different platforms.
