NOT WILLING TO ASSIST A CLIENT THAT HAS BEEN LOYAL

Hi
I had a problem May 2015 and could not pay my account and my debit order went back.
I tried to make an arrangement when it was my first one. I could not pay on that date and escalated the matter.
This person from billing called me and I arranged to pay 25/0615

This is the FIRST time I as a loyal client had this problem and I am trying my utmost best to pay it but must wait for money to come in. I was not warned by Multichoice that my debit order returned. And because I was sick I did not notice it. I will also let the NCR know that I was not afforded this by Multichoice. I think we as customers has the right the be called or warned so that it is know to both parties, Anything can happen.

Now neither Maluma Ramolise, Promise Mokena from the call centre are willing to assist or Thandi Vunulo from the Billing department. When I asked Thandi who the supervisor was that she spoke to to try and assist me she said Nazeem and put the phone down when I asked for the persons surname.

I think if they can see prove that I always paid by debit order and always paid my account on time I can be afforded the opportunity for re-connection even if I could not make the first date.
