Not upgraded as requested
On the morning of the 27th of November I upgraded from Dstv Compact to Dstv Premium. I asked Nombuyiselo if I would be upgraded immediately. She said yes. She arranged an immediate debit order which was deducted from my bank account. I confirmed with her if I would be upgraded immediately. Again Nombuyiselo confirmed that I was already upgraded. Lo and behold when i got home and switched on my Dstv I was not upgraded. This is most disconcerting as I have been a loyal Dstv customer for 12 years. Why was my request not actioned as I requested? Shockingly poor customer service....
