Not trustworthy
I need someone to explain what these charges are off my statement from Dstv, 2-3 March, R4.25 + R46.61+R85+R133.17, whilst the R85 access fee, R49.50 decoder insurance fees and subscription fees were already deducted. Same story on the 26-27 September, R17+R3.33+RR4.92 also 13 January R54.84, also 18 December R94.65+R16.45, also 2 December R68.55 and finally 26 September R17+R17 (access fees)+ R73 (subscription fees). Now with all these amounts my access fee, decoder insurance fees & subscription fees already were deducted on the 2nd of each month, so how come all these monies were deducted and for what, I need answers to that immediately and not via a response here but a manager to call me otherwise I will make my statement go viral warning your clients to request there's and check for every cent. I will never ever leave a single cent in advance in my account again as I'm seeing from my statement I'm being ******.

Furthermore, I apologise for the delayed response.
According to our records, you have been responded to by the email correspondence team.
Currently, you're subscribed to the DStv Compact package with Xtraview for R475.00. When insurance is added, the total monthly subscription is R524.50 payable by 02nd of every month.
- Responding to the concern above, charges from 02 - 03 March 2018: it’s a pro rata balance charged for Access service fee from 02 to 18 March 2018. The same balance was reversed.
- 19 March to 18 April 2018 - R85.00 for Access service fee, which was also reversed.
- 26 to 27 September 2017, an Access service fee (R85.00) was also charged. However, these balances were reversed.
- Our system will charge pro rata for certain days depending on the event (disconnection, upgrade, downgrade, change of payment date, service activation). However, it will automatically adjust and reverse the charges billed. This will also be controlled by the payment received on date.
Currently, your DStv account is paid up to keep your viewing till 01 July 2018. Also, reflecting credit balance of R6.09.
