Not sticking to agreement premiun
I have problem with multichoice DStv,their premiums are not stable they change monthly,I don't pay according to our agreement ,every month when Im paying in the retail store I always get different amount which are R30 to R40 more than my premium,and if I didn't pay the extra amount I'll receive SMS stating that I have to pay remaining balance before 2day of the month,,,off which they never communicated the changes with me☹️
