Not so Delicious Festival

On Friday 19 September 2025 I received a call in the morning from Palesa at DSTV Rewards to inform me that I had won VIP tickets to DSTV Delicious Festival and was going to assist me in redeeming them. I asked the lady to call me back in the afternoon and she did. I downloaded the necessary apps and followed her instructions, then Ticketmaster app said they weren’t any tickets left for the event. I informed the lady and she said she would escalate it on her side so that they could allocate tickets and she would call me back in 2 minutes. She never called me back and when I call that number it just keeps ringing so I can’t get any assistance. I’m upset that I was not able to get my tickets and that I was literally left with no information and didn’t get to enjoy what I had win
