Not returning calls
I would like to order a DSTV Explora decoder for the R849 p/m. That was last week that I've sms'd. DSTV phoned me yesterday but I was unable to take the call. I've called back this morning and the call would've been escalated to that department because that department doesn't take calls. I didn't receive any feedback yet. Can someone just call me so that we can finalise this!!!!!??? Why must I wait this long for feedback???
