NOT RECONNECTED ALTHOUGH PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. REFUND ME MY MONEY BACK. USELESS CALL CENTER HAD TO WAIT 12 MINUTES!!!
POOR SERVICE!!!! I MADE A PAYMENT BUT IM STILL NOT CONNECTED. THE CONSULTANT TOLD ME IM ON A NEGATIVE BALANCE BUT SHE STILL CANT RECONNECT MY SERVICES. REFUND ME MY R570 BACK OR RECONNECT MY SERVICES MULTICHOICE. I HAD TO WAIT 12 MINUTES TO GET HELP NOW I MUST EMAIL ALTHOUGH IT IS CLEARLY STATING I DONT OWE ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
