Not recieving services im paying for
Not recieving services im paying for. Im paying for dpp and im not recieving my Boxoffice service. Ive wasted well over R100 on airtime on the call centre being told thar im going to wait 2 minutes to speak to a consultant and then waiting more than 8 minutes just to be told that the dstv accredited installer made a mistake and that its not dstv's problem. So for almost a week ive not been recieving the services that im paying for. Im totally disgusted by the service im recieving. Ive wasted hours of my life that i wont get back due to *********** staff employd by dstv and their \accredited\" installers. Thanx for nothing dstv."

21 Mar 2016, 11:57Hello Ernestjvr,
We tried to contact today but could not reach you. Please accept our apology for the delayed response.
We suggest that you check the signal strength and quality on Tuner 2 and Tuner 3 from your Explora decoder. Your signal strength and quality has to be above 95% to access the BoxOffice and the Catch Up content. Kindly format your hard drive by applying the steps listed below.
Please note that you will lose recordings, reminders, personalized settings. The content that was loaded on VOD will be deleted and reloaded afresh 48-72 hours. After these hours you should be have your BoxOffice and the DStv Catch Up titles.
o Press the DSTV button from your remote control
o Scroll to the right until you get to settings
o Select system settings
o Go to reset decoder settings
o The choose reset to factory default and format the hard drive.
Should the problem persist, please contact an accredited DStv installer to check your installation.
Thank you for taking your time to contact us.
Should you require any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards
Dinah
