Not receiving monthly TV Guides and Statements

For the last 3 months I haven't been receiving my monthly TV Guide. I emailed in August, September and now again in October and they keep on saying I will receive it in the next cycle. In August when I emailed a consultant called informing me that I will be receiving it in September and he apologized for the inconvenience caused. September came and still no TV guide. I emailed again and this time I received a response via email stating that I will receive it in October. Well we in October and still no TV guide. I haven't been receiving monthly statements for months now!!! Please check what is going on, is your systems broken or what? As no one seems to assist me or maybe your staff just don't want to assist with the issue I am experiencing.<br> These are my reference numbers I suggest you look it up on your messed up system and get someone to contact me today still. DSTV gives so much problems!!!!! Why??? We pay so much money and this is the kind of service we get!!!
