Not honoring your word as a Company.

I have been asked to pay my dstv i paid it at Pick n Pay on the 29th today the 2nd it is disconnected eventhough I've sent proof of payment my decoder remains off.This is not the type of service you guys promised. Please honor your word once a customer have paid kindly restore their services.
