Not honoring the agreement of pricelock

I have been complaining about my account on plenty times and no concrete feedback is given. I call and send text messages but no joy is given. I was billed R2, 800 on a pricelock of R549.. I queried and no explanation was given until I reversed the huge money you guys billed
