NOT HAPPY WITH DSTV

Do not understand this DSTV. if i dont have it wrong, you can not watch dstv if you do not pay your account. i did not watch dstv the whole of last month as it was not paid and was off. the 24 august i paid the account to watch in september. on the 7th september they disconnect my services again. after i paid R800 + and the worst of all im on dstv compact with one extra view. and then they still tell me i owe them +- R200
