Not happy client

Good Hellopeter *** *** Not happy at all my service was disconnected. On the 11th May I have done a payment of R440+R350 for reconnecting. Which means I have paid for 24 days viewing which does not make sense now this morning it was disconnected again. I'm really confused and not happy about the service we get.

Please help.
