Not happy at all with Dstv (MultiChoice)

Once again I am sending this review regarding Dst (MultiChoice) I find the service (well if there is any) shocking. I thoroughly enjoy channel 117 (Universal) as the series on this channel are really great i.e. Chicago Med, P.D.,Fire and The Equalizer, The Equalizer is the only series that are new, all the other series, specially Chicago P.D. are all repeats. Really Dstv, how many times do we have to see the same old series. Surely you can announce or mention something to this effect, if its the U.S. that have not received the new episodes then tell us instead of having adverts during the programme which last up to 4 minutes and then the programme you're watching is then only on for 7 minutes, it's really irritating and I'm quite sure that I'm not the only one complaining. As we, the CLIENT that pays Dstv a s@#t load of money every month deserves better service. No wonder you have lost millions as clients are cancelling their subscriptions, I'll probably be next. This past Sunday 19/11/2023 on Carte Blanche, there was an article about ******* streaming and watching thousands of programmes using different types of methods to hack in and watch so many different channels, DO YOU BLAME THEM?
