Not happy at all. Lost money.

So i contacted dstv via WhatsApp and asked if there was any packages that can stream ssrugby. The person i spoke to told me that the dstv compact package offers that. I asked him twice if he is sure that this package offers the SSRugby channel, and again he said yes. So i went on the dstv app and got the package deal. Paid R409 just to see that it does not offer the channel i am looking for. How can dstv sell a product that does not even include what i am looking for. How do they train their staff? To lie? I have proof of the discussion. And now i can't get my money back. Thank God i didn't get the 12 month package. Dstv lost a potential client today. Sis on you dstv.. Letting your staff lie to potential customers. Wonder how they treat the other customers.
