Not happy at all

Ive had a price lock package from december 2018 its for 24 months my package total is for all my decoders its R1197 since september my services are always switched then i call in they switch it on and apologies they are trying to debit my account avery month for R1947 i make my payments via eft,today im switched off again from 5am till know ive spent more than 150 on airtime calling them.they telling me i must pay no is sure how much then i have a credit for R347 but my services are still off.im literally in tears all cause of this
