Not happy at all

I'm disappointed in you multichoice, last week I disconnected telling that I owe 159 which I know nothing about, I was told that there was a reversal, okay I made the payment but my heart was sore 😢, again today I'm disconnected from viewing due to another 135 of reversal which I know nothing about it, I mean how can u reverse the payment that was done via vodapay? Now I am not able to view my channels 😒, atleast tell me who made this reversal cause surely it's not me
