NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I have struggling to get help with fixing the issue with channel 161 and 194 which have been inaccessible to watch for the past 4 weeks. and they still expect me to pay for services? And I have contacted DSTV in platforms without any help.. I am forced to leave the services, very bad service i got
