Not happy

I have cancelled my data subscription and told to pay an amount of which i did.I m checking my credit score and ZDSTV is appearing saying i hv missed payment and how coz my contract has been canvelled a year ago.I want my name to be removed as it negativily affecting my credit score.I dont owe multuchoice .
