Not happy

I'm very dissatisfied with service you providing.

I understand that I have been paying less for my subscription since the amount was increased but I have been paying monthly.

Previously I was getting SMS's on how much to pay for the month stopped I don't know why now I have been short paying.

Enquired we agreed that the amount short is only R153 which includes reconnection fee.

I understand now I coming with solution that can that amount be included on the next billing coz I payed R470 on the 25th plus R150 this morning.

Why should I loose the service as I'm paying customer and include this 153 on the next billing

Please assist as I can be penalized for this as you also stopped sending.me messages.
