Not happy
Since i installed the explora, i have been having issues every month. What is the point of having the explora, if you cannot use catch up, arewind or FF. I have been calling and the last time i spoke to Nqobile, who kept me on hold for over 30 mins and did not even bother to call me back.
Please come and remove the stupid explora and cancel the contract we had.
