Not happy

Dstv send me 2 sms advising i have won Woolworths voucher with R300 and when i redeem the voucher it never gives the full voucher but only a CVV number, i queried this several times spoke to their consultants but they nevet really bothered but advised its been escalated the 5th time it has been , but i gues its because i am struggling to pay having lost my job due to Covid n we get such treats after
