Not happy

I would like to cancel my Dstv

For past two weeks I can’t watch my Dstv

I addressed this with Dstv previous but still continue , ( see pictures below ) so is useless to pay something that not benefiting me

My DSTV does this always after receiving a call from Dstv to upgrade when I refuse to upgrade then Dstv switch off my Dstv

I am not going to upgrade any thing I am happy with my package
