Not getting service I pay for.

Since last week certain channels keeps on buffering without improving. I contacted my ISP (VOX) and they tested my internet but without success in improving the situation. They told me that I am not the first one to complain and that I should take it up with DSTV. DSTV's chatbot is useless so I am paying for a service which I am not getting.
