Not getting any joy with Multichoice

I'm not happy with the service that I receive with multichoice I've been querying the outstanding amount in my account and evertime I call them I get different info I took Zlte contract 400gb (internet) with them last month and the Sales person said I will pay R779 of which includes the price lock and 400 gb internet and I was very happy and the router was delivered within 7 days but it was not working n I took it back to multichoice and the guy who was assisting me gave me the old router and I noticed when I was already home but I didn't have a problem with that cause it was working. Last week I received an sms reminding me about the payment but it was not showing the amount and I checked their WhatsApp and it showed R1542 and I decided to cancel the whole thing and I took it back based on the false information that I was given the sales and the lady who was assisting me said will escalate it and I told her that I will only pay R685 for price lock and I've calling them on a daily basis querying about R1050 that they say it's outstanding cause when I checked the breakdown it was showing R89 for Zlte of which I requested to reverse it since I returned their route , R32 for the insurance and R280 that I don't know where does it comes from and last lady that I spoke with said I topped up twice with R79 and I explained to her that maybe it's previous owner of the router who did that and she said she's going to escalate and the won't debit my money until they resolve the issue but to my surprise they debited R1050 last night so honestly I'm drained I don't have the energy to talk to them
