Not fulfilling promises and management not taking responsibility
<p>I contacted Multichoice on the 20th of November and spoke to Latoya Cornelius regarding my services and debit order.</p> <p>Till today none of my request have been fulfilled.</p> <p>I phones yesterday the 23rd and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Trevor Manana, who has also made empty promises because till today i have not been assisted .</p> <p>I asked for a manager to assist regarding the matter , but i was told that he has been on lunch for hours .</p> <p>I then sent an e-mail to him ( setudi rapodile) till today , he still has not responded to my e-mail.</p> <p>Is he still on lunch ?</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this how you treat your customers ?</p> <p>Are you making so much money that you now dont care about treating your customers fairly ?</p> <p> </p> <p>Can i please be contacted and have my matter sorted please , that’s all i ask .</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Wendy Khumalo</p> <p> </p>
