Not even an sorry for no broadcast
I Pay a full subscription every month to watch 1 rugby match on the weekend. So on Saterday morning I progamed my decoder to record the stormers game just in case i dont make it home in time for the full match. After returning from work channel 201 was not playing. There was no notification given that there was a problem. Phoned in and spend 20min on the phone with no respons. From Sunday i have been trying to catch the highlights on catch up on decoder and on my tablet but there is nothing only the games that was broadcasted of the bulls. Not even an apology from Dstv after the weekend, nothing. We have to pay more for rugby, cricket was playing not even SA teams, soccer was on as scheduled but they in any case get what they want for cheap. So today is Wednesday and i still has not seen the highlights or game. Please cancel my debit order instruction as i will change my package at the end of the month and have had enough of Dstv. I want a refund for Saturday plus interest as my full package was not woking. Please dont phone me before 16h00.
