not doing what they promise
Nearly 2 months ago I had a discussion with a call centre Representative regarding the R720 I am claiming back due to not full information given when purchasing the explora .I was told that the department that gave me the wrong information will have to be luyable for me spending extra money. then later again multichoice deducted R1330 from my account where they where suppose to deduct R849 then later they phoned me where I again requested answers and feedback on the 2 issues and I was told that someone will phone me back until now no one bothered to contact me .They steel money from the clients and lie to them andhope the client will keep quite. I wonder if there service can get worse
