Not completing the job

I got a call after writing my review and they call me back to help me out, the person who gave me a call said he/she will invistigate then the next day gave me a call and found that someone within the company joined me some insurance without my consent, then he/she said will cancel that subscription immediately and send me an email, so he/she immediately did that, further it was said they will invistigate who did that so that it can be cancel on my name but now I'm still getting the calls from that insurance party saying I'm still owing and I need to settle this debts.
