Not comfortable with the Call center agent
Dear All, can I ask someone to check for me please how much I need to pay. I have called now and the call center agent that I spoke to me am not comfortable to use her amount as payment She first gave to me amount of R 356.00 thereafter she's giving me R 319.00 including insurance. I don't want to experience what I experience last month. This woman is not sure what is saying. Reference number of call is ***4 time 4h30 to 4h35 pm date 26 April 2024.
I need to make sore that am paying the correct amount.
