not clearing balance
I had a complaint with Multi choice in last about my account which i received calls from their collection agency although it was settled, after a long battle they finaley sent me a paid up letter, to my surprise when checked my credit bureau status s saw there is a balance outstanding, i have sent numerous emails to them regarding the problem but with no feedback, not even acknowledging the emails
