Not being authentic

My name is René . I couldn't get Showmax anymore on my old decoder. I had to get the NEW Ultra decoder from DSTV in order to be able to see Showmax. Before I made the deal I repeated a few times on record are you sure about Showmax and the amount is still in the Premium package. She agreed 100%. The lady ASSURED me Showmax is included in my premium rate. I will have it once they installed it. They came to install, and it is 5 days later with NO Showmax. The installers WARNED me you won't get Showmax now. They sell the product knowing Showmax cant be on here. No one at DSTV could help me in these 5 days after several calls to DSTV. Yesterday Thembisisa from DSTV phoned me because I wrote an email saying I will expose them for NOT being authentic. Again he sent me a wrongful email adres to reply to Showmax. 2nd he said Showmax phone's a customer. I got an email last night with the steps how to set up Showmax. I have been through this for 5 day's ALREADY all these steps with NO joy. It keeps on taking you to pick a plan where you must pay EXTRA for Showmax and NOT as the agreement on the phone with DSTV. Then to top it ALL I received a mail to say sorry the amount MUST go off now on 15 not on the 1st May with also not the right amount as per agreement on the phone BEFORE I took the price lock deal with DSTV. I demanded a representative from DSTV come to my house and sort this mess out ASAP, I definitely not got the Ultra decoder for free. Being authentic is not part of DSTV.
