Not bad service, but NO service

DSTV's service for the DSTV Now app is NON existing. I used the DSTV Now app for 4 months on my LG TV, and from 19 July it all of a sudden didn't working anymore. I have Live chatted with them for 6 weeks now, nobody cares to solve the problem. I have contacted my ISP as well as LG, which told me what the problem is at DSTV. When I contacted them again via the Live chat, asking a consultant that a manager should call me so I can explain what they should do to solve the error, nobody phoned me back. I tried again and again but there is NO interest on their side to help me solve the problem so I can use the app again! This is probably the worst service I got in my entire life.
