NOT BAD BUT NO SERVICE

What a disgrace i am with Multi Choise for more than 20 years last year I got Price Lock for the last 6 months my account is a mess every day is a different amount from the 15th September my servise is disconected every morning with a sms what is due since then I pait R2800 in my account every day a new amount since Fryday I stopped paying what they say I am due although i get reconected every morning after a very long call my 2 xtra view decoders has been disconected since. Every day the call center promised that it is a technical problem on there side and the technical dep wil solve it within 3 hours or they cant help me with price lock I am sick and tiered after I spen more than R500 on airtime the last 2 weeks .WHERE CAN I GET HELP
