Not agreeing with the amount that is expected from me

My dstv have been off since 3rd of December , I am on compact plus I should be paying R539 , 105 for explora fixtures and a 50 rands reconnection fee if it's going to be after the 3rd but to my suprise when I go self service it shows that I owe R803 .I really don't understand what is that amount for . The amount that I am willing and that iam suppose to pay should be 645 , I want to pay today but I am unable until this problem is resolved.
