not a happy person

Hi Hello Peter, I am not happy with Multichoice they have debited my account without my knowledge by the name of Calvin Govender who i spoke to on the 19th of MAY. the only thing i contacted them for was to refund my money after i paid my mom's account and it was unsuccessful. They asked me to send all the details so they can pay me back now its the debit order i have never authorized. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND OF 410 now i see a debit order this morning .
