Not a happy customer

Multichoice downgraded my subscription package without my permission. I pay R410 everymonth for DStv compact but today when I wanted to pay I was told to pay R120. Went to a multichoice branch I was told it has been downgraded and for me to upgrade I must pay R420 and R120.. I didn't give permission to anyone to downgrade my subscription
