Nor refunding money taken my them

I paid for their DSTV streaming, using their link on the webpage. They took R789 in the last week of March. They then said they had no record of this and I paid again. I was then connected. I have spent over 90mins red on the phone over a month. Sent the statement for proof of payment 7 times. I have been assured that the money will be refunded as it was awaiting approval. Called again today. They don’t have the said statement I sent 7 times. In spite of the email saying it was waiting for approval. I am astonished as the shocking level of service from DSTV and am now calling them *******. I’ll take them to the small claims court on principle. It will cost them a lot more than the stupid R789 I have been waiting for. If you can, avoid dealing with these ******.
