Nontsikelelo Gumede the best

So in December I reversed the multi-choice debit by mistake, i then made an EFT payment but used an incorrect ref nr. I sent the proof of payment but it could not be allocated due to the incorrect ref nr. Today as expected multi-choice debited the December and January installment combined. i called the Johannesburg call centre and spoke to Nontsikelelo, although all the issues were my fault she never made me feel at all like that. She gave me her email adress to foward the proof of payment, she allocated the funds as i was on hold and further advised how i should fix the double deduction. She is passionate about her job and customer services comes easy to her. she is the best ever.
