Nonsense service 😡

I mistakenly paid for an old account ofwhich the recorder was damaged and because it was not insured,we got a new one for home.yesterday I see DSTV adverting that we pay via Whatsapp because it is fast and efficient,did that and money got paid to that old account,so I am calling the call centre today,informed them,ok they want proof of payment,sent a screenshot from their Whatsapp line,Simphiwe (consultant)says he wants a PDF format,i than download statement from the bank,again he says not statement,must be a pdf whatever thing from the App,I’m telling him I do not have an app but the statement is a PDF and has the transaction stating ref DSTV😡ay no he says he wants a pdf from the bank,I’m asking what is the difference between what u talking about that I don’t know than the statement which is a PDF,he says his supervisor doesn’t want bank statement as a proof of payment.What a nonsense service.money is with them just to allocate to the right account plus proof is there.
