Nonsense Service

What poor service, this is my 2nd hellopeter complaint with them on the same thing. I have been messed up by them for the past 2 months am even tired of complaining, they can just keep turning my service off and I will pay them until the contract ends because they are such bullies. Not only can they not explain this bill I have as a pricelock customer I pay R749 monthly but they switch my service off twice a week then I need to call and fight then my service is back on for a few days. Now they even lie and say my insurance is what am billed for and I must pay for it for the past 9 months. I work for an insurance company and I know this contract has lapsed. their wording says if no payment is received then u have 30 days to pay. if not then the insurance is cancelled...but now their agent says I must pay for the service for the past 9 months. I've called them 3 times today and each time, they say "please hold" then disappear and drop my call
