Nonsense of a thing

I'm so disappointed at multichoice again I paid my account on Friday and to my surprise my internet is still off I've been sending them messages they busy lying to me saying they will load the data but till today there's nothing I had assignment to write and submit but because I don't have data I was unable to do soo and again they took this nonsense of the internet to my clear score report for what reason I don't know coz y paying it and at the the end of the day they have a guts to add this thing to my credit score
