Nonchalant Service and now passing the buck

As long time premium subscriber to multichoice, I recently reconnected my paused service and purchased a HD decoder with an installation package on the 29th of October. I also indicated that I would like the installation carried out between 10 and 11 am on the Saturday (31st) as I was unavailable during the week,

After spending my entire morning day waiting, visiting the service centre, making a number of calls to the service centre, I ended up being told by the installer that he would not make the installation for me as he wanted me to give him an intersection close to my location in order for him to find me and that I had to know my streets. I would have thought my home address would be sufficient for this.

I was also told by the service centre that there was nothing they could do to help as well.
This morning, after calling the multichoice call centre, I have been told that I must go out of my way to obtain the accreditation numbers for these suppliers before my complaint can be escalated.

The service centre also refuse to provide this info.

I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription right now unless this matter can be resolved
