Non reflection of the payment made with Online payment and reflect on my statement

On 25 December 2021, I received the following SMS DSTV: We've not received your payment and had to stop your viewing. To keep watching pay R459 using ref no.***0 or click payat.io/dstv/***0

On 26 December 2021, I followed the same link and made a payment of R445.81 which was an online payment adding my card number, cvc, and expiry date of the card. My DSTV was cut and when I go to the local DSTV Shop was told I did not make any payment I told them I have paid on 26 December 2021 they requested that I provide them Proof of payment and I went to the bank to request one. At the bank, I was told that the payment was online one was not EFT they then printed me a bank statement that shows the payment I then submitted it to the DSTV shop in modimolle on the 08 January 2022 they phoned me they need Proof of Payment which is not easy to get it due to the method of payment which was used of Online payment.

The service which was given is very very poor
