NON receipt of monthly invoice

<p>I have contacted DSTV 6 times and asked why I do not receive my monthly statemnent by e-mail every month.it stopped coming several months ago and they promised to send me an updated statement, which they have not done. Every monthly statement contains an VAT element ,and they must provide this by law. They are very quick at increasing the prices though.</p>
